درایو ATV32 با طراحی بسیار باریک خود، پیشنهادی است برای کنترل موتورهای سنکرون و آسنکرون که نیاز به مد کنترل حلقه باز دارند.این درایو به قدری باریک است که تنها 43 mm عرض دارد.
از دیگر مشخصه های این درایو می‌توان به موارد زیر اشاره نمود:
